The location of the Auberge de Thiery is wonderful. The owners are welcoming, friendly and happy to assist with anything. The dinner served in the evening was marvellous and a lovely view for the breakfast the next morning. We will definitely be back. Truly a unique place. Best wishes Jonathan

Carinę and Pascal are the ultimate hosts. Just read other comments. We weren’t disappointed, it was a great stay. Very clean, comfortable, and a great view from the room. Well appointed room and a very clean bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast put on by Carine is next level adding to the ‘great value for money’. Host will provide a loop to drive for local attraction. It is absolutely fabulous drive and can’t be missed.

Very friendly and helpful owner, excellent location, very peaceful environment and pleasant temperature (it was very hot in the lowlands). Nice and clean room, big and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. Thank you for a pleasant stay! I would definitely be happy to come back

An amazing apartment with everything you could want. Incredible views from the rooftop terrace and a light an airy space inside. We were bike touring and only had the one night, but the owners let us use their garage space for the bikes as its an upper level apartment. Would highly recommend it. I wish we had had longer to stay in the area.

The room was nice and comfortable but the host Marc - he is great - he is great as a person, as a host and especially as the Chef because when we had a dinner we had a great opportunity to taste super delicious cuisine - we had some dishes with the taste and of the level of the Michelin star restaurant - it is the best restaurant in Alpes-Maritimes and may be one of the best restaurants in the France and whole Europe!!! Just come and taste!!! Also we came to Marc for the New Year night dinner - it was FANTASTIC NIGHT because we had a Michelin star dinner and had an Opera Concert at the same time - 2 super beautiful and tasty things at the same time👍👍👍 We will come back here again and again👍👍👍 I recommend 🔥🔥🔥
