This was just a one night stopover on our way back to Calais...
This was just a one night stopover on our way back to Calais but the accommodation and facilities were superb and greatly exceeded our expectations. The big living room is great - if you want you can meet other guests there. The house bar, where you can take champagne or other drinks in the evening and charge it to your room, is a very good idea. We also liked the Swedish bath. You can easily sit in it with four people. There are a lot of champagne houses in the town to do a „degustation“. We also had a champagne testing in the hotel. It is very stylish and everything is of a high standard. It is owned by the Didier Herbert Champagne house and their excellent champagne was available.
