Everthing was great from the location, the cleanliness and the exceptional breakfast. Darling rooms and beautiful views. But the most important thing to note was that Bernard and Ta were incredibly helpful and friendly! They went well above our expectations in arranging outings, bike reservations and dinner of course. Everything! The hosts were warm, accommodating and could not have done more to make us feel at home. The property and location is beautiful and picturesque, with the gorgeous Lake Annecy only a half hour walk away. Breakfast in the garden of the hosts was a wonderful experience. The facilites of the property were excellent, with a large comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Everything you could possibly need. We will certainly return!

    I liked the calmness and serenity of the place but I was surprised when they have to change the chalet when they learned that we have a dog. They emphasized that supposedly dogs is not allowed. But they worked it out either way.

    Beautiful Hotel with a great view of the town landscapes. We arrived late which was no problem for the receptionist who find a solution for us to check-in. Hotel Room was nice, the breakfast was very good, and well-served by some nice girls who were always looking to help you the best they could. Great waiters in deed.

    The fantastic host, incredible house with the most fantastic interior. The colors, the furnitures. The view! Spa included. Amazing breakfast with homemade yoghurt, granola, jam and just super delicate. This is a cool warm family that has a unique boutique hotel. Want to move in!
