Driving from Renne don't miss your exit because you will need to drive to the next exit to get turned back. I made that mistake only once. Also, many BBhotels are right next to good restaurants that offer specials for guests. Not aware of one at Saint-Jouan-des-Guerets. This is not your standard hotel stay. Instead, you will be stepping into a little bit of history and be given a real experience when you stay here. Agnes and Claude are wonderful hosts and the rooms are large, airy and marry history with modern amenities. Unfortunately, it rained a lot that day when we stayed there, but we still managed to use the tennis court and the pool in the evening. One needs a car when staying there because of its location. The only bad thing was that the bottles in the bathroom didn’t have any shower gel or soap in them (they haven’t been filled up).
