Dream place, we stayed at the Eden Villa. The services of a Hotel and the privacy of your own house, right in front of the beach with a direct access to it and private terrace. From having breakfast delivered to your own terrace overlooking the sea, to swimming before sunset when the beach is already empty,...all those little pleasures you can dream of for a family summer holiday. The beach was never overcrowded because there's not too much parking in the area so we got the benefit of already waking up there and having a beach practically for yourself (at the core of the summer). And our boys would just walk out to the beach on their own.

The apartamemt spot is amazing. The view from the apartment windows is to the sea. The apartment has heated pool, in which you can swim for free. The apartment manager was very kind and friendly, despite the fact that was hard to communicate because we speak different languages. Comfy beds, full equipped kitchen, clean.

We stayed in one of the “mobile houses” and it was great. Everything was decorated with hearts theme, so actually was a a fun surprise for my partner. We also charged our electric car during the night using one of the two available chargers of the property. Dinner in the restaurant was good. We used it as a cheaper alternative to Saint Tropez.

5 min walk to the wonderful city beach, almost 100 years old hotel, extremely clean, new furniture, a private terrace in the room, and a shared pool in the backyard of the hotel. The entrance terrazzo with the hotel's name is a tiny piece of art. The shutters and the round window up to them are divine details. Thanks to the hotel the town of St Maxime is now our favorite place at Cote D Azur.
