The hotel was located about a ½ mile from the center of town, so it was very easy to get up to the little restaurants… We were coming in the middle of summer and did not know what to do in the area, but it was very close to anything that we did want to do. The lift was working on the weekend, and because we are senior, it was free for us to go up the top of the mountain. My sister is handicapped, but this was very easy for her to access, and they were very helpful and accommodating.

    We had a lovely stay here, the owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. House keeping did our room everyday which is something I was surprised about being only a 3 Star hotel. The location is a little out of the village, so a car is recommended. The hotel is traditional in alpine style, however our room was very spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool facilities were a huge bonus. The breakfast is continental as we expected, it was very fresh and a wide variety of options were available.

    Sometimes it is really nice to travel back in time...an era without the luxury of today, but where human interaction and a simple good place to stay is all you need. This family run hotel is a gem when you can appreciate the values of a time long gone. No TikTok-hipsters... I absolutely loved it!
