Great location within walking distance of the market square of Thiviers. The room was very comfortable and in our particular room the bathroom evoked the charm of early 1900's Art Nouveau France. Plenty of car parking space available in front of the hotel or in the private car park behind. The Wifi bandwidth was good and English TV available in our room.

The extremely comfortable bed, the impeccably clean bathroom, the lovemy decorbin the bedrooms. The barn area was perfect forbus with a shared kitchen and plenty of space to park our bikes safely, chill out, hang washing. The garden with the hammock next to the river was so peaceful. Most of all we appreciated the welcome and friendliness of Caroline and her family. We highly recommend this accommodation, especialmt to cyclists and walkers who want a bit of comfort at the end of a long day.

The gite is in a very rural location and very peaceful, with a large garden and pretty views, and just suited us for our overnight stay. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, as was the bathroom and our hostess had lit fairy lights to welcome our arrival.

How refreshing to find a rental with everything you needed. Heating, cleanliness , sheets on the beds, towels and tea towels, cleaning products. Beds were comfortable. The owner warm and friendly. No hesitation to recommend and we will be going back.

The host Eric was amazing, we had a total disaster with both of our vehicles breaking down and he came out to pick us up. We had requested dinner in the evening and by the time my husband made it there to join us it was after 11pm but we still were able to enjoy a three course dinner! The breakfast in the morning was very good too, all done to our preferences as was the evening meal. Eric went out of his way to accommodate us with every detail. He was very helpful, friendly, patient and professional. The house is lovely with a lot of character and the view from the terrace is beautiful. We will definitely return.
