Lovely house with everything we needed, we were sent clear instructions of how to find the house which was very helpful The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom, a second toilet downstairs was great. Parking was right outside the house, the host popped over to see if everything was ok which was very nice of him. We hope to come back and stay again next year

Simple and down to earth with a great outdoor atmosphere. Excellent refurbished caravan and great teepee tent. Facilities focused on a natural system which were very suitable. Jessie was a great host with super communication as well as supplying us with a fan to make our stay more comfortable. This is a great overnight venue for a couple who are going to the great Puy de Fou show.

We booked in at 7pm for that same night, and the host was very happy to accommodate us at a late notice. She & her husband were both absolutely lovely and very welcoming, and spoke great English ! The little house is absolutely exquisite, beautifully made, very comfortable, clean and warm, and very special to stay in! There are some very cute miniature ponies living in the field that surrounds the house. We spend many nights staying in different accommodations across Europe, ( because of our work ) and this one has by far been the best one yet !!

Easy communication, very flexibile stuff. Room very good, easy acces, all thngs is in it. Coffee machine, tea bags, towels etc is in the room. Bed is very big and comforty. Lights are funny, and positioned for good. I did love it, and I am coming back for sure in the future.

We stayed for one night here at the Chateau de la Tourlandry and were very impressed with the building, the garden, moat and the interior of the house. All the furnishings and decoration of each room, hallway and stairs was in sympathy to the history of the chateau. There were many photographs with descriptions of the subjects, their history and connections with the Chateau and the area around it. There was a very peaceful air about the house and gardens and the hosts were very enthusiastic about their restoration of an ancient property and the environmentally sympathetic mode of operation in and out of the house. The food was excellent as was the wine, the hosts taking a lot of trouble to make us feel at home whilst informing us of all aspects of our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who seeks peace, comfort and a stay in a historic building with interesting connections to NapoleonThird and some other royal characters of the 19th Century. The hosts green credentials are impeccable and they have an interesting project involving planting, education and art in the landscape.
