I liked the town, the castle, and promenade. We had a lovely walk through the town! Research where to eat. We had fish and chips on the pier very dry and tasted lick cardboard. Interesting little shops and market, cinema and little theatre, lots of places to eat out or grab a coffee etc. everything within easy walking distance once there. The housing in the area was good and tidy and colourful. We could have stayed a bit longer but our travel plans did not suit a longer stay. The walk up the hill where the railway went was great. Welcoming people easy to approach. Great walks by the beach, in the forrest, on the cliffs. Great choice of restaurants. Very pleasant walks in town center with all kinds of shops. Oh, the Saturday morning farmer's market near Tesco: we found sheep cheese (amazing sheep cheese!), and more quality homemade snacks. Do not miss that market!Guest review byPascalFrance

She checked us in and showed us to our room . Our room was a double standard with an en suite . The room was furnished with some lovely pieces, it was very clean and comfortable.
