Delightful room with comfortable large bed. The shower was amazing with no fluctuation in hot water flow and easy to use. All the staff I met were very friendly and courteous. It was good to have a hotel car park as parking in Topsham is limited

I think this hotel is still pretty new, which is why everything was so clean. I hope they keep up the good work and do regular maintenance. The breakfast was really nice too.
