Tastefully colorful interior of the common areas in contrast with black and white guest rooms was very refreshing. Workspace and mix of freetime activities, nice restaurant with variety of meals and breakfast bufet was very pleasant. The staff was friendly, and overall atmosphere calm. I liked the fact that there are events the guests can participate in.

Comfy beds great location. Staff was lovely. Booked an air b and b that was a bad time and had to find last min alternative and they had availability and were supper lovely staff who also helped me out with train information for my next city.

The staff were very welcoming and efficient. The room was very clean and very quiet. The blinds were very effective at keeping out the light. The bed was very comfortable. We slept really well. No street or room or room noise from other guests. The location was ideal for an event at the fully booked Grand Voco. The lighting was excellent with no silly green lights on the ceiling spoiling sleep. I would stay here next time I am in Glasgow. Whoever designed the hotel did a great job. Whoever trained the front desk has it spot on. Thank you all.
