Perfect quiet location - well equipped and well presented accommodation. Extremely comfortable snug and cosy even in the middle of Storm Darragh. Sky TV with cinema was a bonus and wifi, solid and fast.

Everything was way above a 3star rating! A generous variety of choice for breakfast and restocked continuously. Pleasant staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Great gym(24 hours), close to Aldi, Ashford direct ( massive shopping complex)! Would love to come back but live in Australia

The room was great, clean and really well furnished. The tea and coffee tray was the best I have ever seen in a pub/hotel ! I love the fact that the owner left everything you need (water, and even wine!), and you can even order food from the pub in your room. I highly recommend it and will maybe stay again myself.

The breakfast is astonishing: freshly cooked full English with tea and toast, yoghurt, real fresh fruit salad and a generous slice of cake, if you can manage it. This was undoubtedly the best breakfast I have ever experienced in any sort of accommodation.

Everything! Three chimneys is an outstanding place to stay, eat, drink and enjoy Kent. The facilities are high quality, and the attention to details is evident. The food is exceptionally good, the menu choices are worthy of a high end city restaurant. Sophie, Scott and Stuart made our three night stay hugely enjoyable and you can tell the staff are proud to work there. I would be too!!

    Great accommodation in a lovely private,quiet setting. Outbuilding of ex farm refurbished to a very high standard, warm and comfortable. Not suitable for walking because of fast traffic on the country lane.
