The hotel was very comfortable but more so the staff were exceptional. Sue who looked after us for breakfast was just so lovely and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location for us was great having flown from France into Stansted airport. Staff from reception check in to the bar staff and restaurant staff were all first class. A special mention to Lauren who served us breakfast with a smile and also worked extremely hard at the celebration of life function that we were attending. We will definately stay again.
