I loved the location, so peaceful and quiet. The hot tub/jacuzzi was so relaxing in the sunshine. The beds were comfortable and the swan folded towels was a lovely touch. It had all the amenities that was needed for a lovely break away and I will definitely return one day.

The accommodation was stylish clean and comfortable. Contact numbers were provided, if required. There was an excellent cafe near by called 'The Bouncing Bomb' where we enjoyed a quality breakfast.

There was nothing to dislike to be honest :) The bell tents are wonderful and spacious; the beds, the linen and the bedding are heavenly and super comfortable; outside seating area and the BBQ/ firepit are amazing. The shower and toilets are very clean, felt brand new. The main tipi is welcoming and full of great things to buy or borrow. Staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. We had the most wonderful experience and cannot wait to be back!

James was such a welcoming and accommodating host. Always offering food and drink. You can use the kitchen whenever you like and there's a lovely garden where you can relax, have a drink and speak to the other guests and James. It's a very relaxing environment and we will definitely be staying again

    Birchington is a little gem in the heart of Thanet coastline. Wider shops for all your needs and interests with a short drive to the beach where you can sit and have a coffee and something to eat with your dogs at your side and people who genuinely welcome you and are friendly and very helpful.

    tranquility..peacefulness ...no loud music should be allowed at pods ... Well set out ...lovely setting. Clean staff friendly helpful. Restaurant and shows were good...shop and restaurant could open earlier ..8am. Families with kids . review from the kids...expand kiddies playpark and add more slides if possible ...

    I was visiting family and friends but there is plenty to do...

    I was visiting family and friends but there is plenty to do if it is purely a holiday. Public transport is good to all areas. Broadstairs is nearby and has many eating places, Minnie Bay in Birchington has seafront restaurant and bar. There is shopping at Westwood Cross, numerous takeaway options with delivery, best fish and chips at Fishbone Grill just as you come into Birchington. There are many beaches around the coast but do check which ones have doggie restrictions from May . RAF museum is worth a visit as is the spitfire museum. Eating places there too.

    Lovely place to stay. Lots of places to visit. Holiday park is brilliant for families.Plenty to do on site. Staff were really friendly & food was really lovely. Will definately be back with the grandchildren next year.

    The caravan park was lovely and well kept.

    The caravan park was lovely and well kept. The local shop has everything you need for a short stay. Plenty to do for kids. Short drive to local beaches. Broadstairs ,Margate and Herne within easy reach by car. Definitely will book again.

    Such a beautiful place, plenty to do, loads of beautiful beaches, places of interest to see. We went everywhere by bus, we brought a day rider ticket for £4.50 and that allowed us to travel all day. We had a fabulous time.

    The house was everything we needed for our stay in Birchington. Very good communication from the owner and a welcome gift basket was a nice touch. Very clean throughout and a homely feel. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again as only minutes from the station and very convenient for getting to Dreamland in Margate for their music events. A great stay was topped off with an outstanding cooked breakfast from The Parlour at the end of the road.

    Good location, easy access to Minnis Bay and Birchington railway station, making travelling along the coast very easy. Well, thought out accommodation and secure parking was a bonus. Particularly liked the little finishing touches like shampoo, tea bags, coffee, etc, that made the stay even better. The host was friendly and explained everything upon arrival. Recommended.

    The vegetarian breakfast was amazing both Neil and Marilyn are so welcoming and lovely. The location was perfect. 6 mins walk to Birchington on sea train station and close to sainsbury and coop. I did a 1 and half hour hike to Margate along the river. It was amazing. I would recommend it.
