This property is something else, so beautiful. Our room was a generous size and our bathroom was huge and modern. The grounds of this property are so lovely to walk around, including a historic church next door. The staff were super lovely and kind to us. Such a pleasure to stay here and we can highly recommend this property. Great value for money.

I spent two nights at the Leonardo Hotel in Nottingham and was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, complete with thoughtful amenities like a kettle—perfect for a cozy cup of tea after a day of exploring. Its location is convenient, just a short walk from the train station and about a 15-minute stroll to the city center, making it easy to enjoy by the beautiful weather. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Although I didn’t get a chance to use the gym after a long day of walking, it’s a nice feature for those who want to stay active. Breakfast offered a decent selection of fresh food, providing a good start to the day. Overall, the Leonardo Hotel combines comfort and convenience, making it a solid choice for anyone visiting Nottingham. --- Feel free to modify it if needed!

Location Nestled in the city’s heart, the hotel offered easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The vibrant, safe neighborhood was perfect for exploring cultural landmarks and trendy spots day or night. 3. Staff The warm and professional staff provided personalized recommendations and remembered details such as my preferred type of towel. The concierge service was exceptional, securing last-minute restaurant reservations, Vicky and her colleagues were particularly helpful. 4. Housekeeping Housekeeping delivered spotless rooms and thorough daily cleaning without disrupting my schedule. 5. Customer Help Desk The help desk quickly resolved a billing issue and offered detailed city navigation tips. Accessibility via phone, email, and the hotel’s app, with follow-up checks, ensured satisfaction. 6. Breakfast The extensive breakfast buffet featured fresh, locally sourced fruits, pastries, and made-to-order eggs in a bright dining area. Attentive staff kept coffee flowing and plates cleared promptly.

The best thing about the accommodation is that you get 2 double beds in the room. The bathroom was clean and spacious and offering shower gel, etc. The breakfast was very good offering full English and continental, so many options to choose from. Kids loved the variety of cereals as well. The staff at the restaurant was smiling and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Thank you!
