The house is fantastic, exceptionally clean and comfortable with plenty space in all rooms , parking is very good with enough space for 2 cars . Excellent location, very quiet day and night . I would most definitely recommend this property and will return in the near future.

    i like looking round the shops sitting on the green is nice with benches walking the dog is nice a great butchers Café near the Arcades is lovely for a stop off for a cuppa not far from the beach just up the hill its wonderful I love the village

    Lovely place , a lot quieter than ingoldmells or Skegness but lots of entertainment day and night , lots of different food places to eat in and a few shops , easy access to the beach , where it’s nice and clean with a cafe and a bar on the front

    Cleanliness of the caravan and well kept grounds.Needs better sign posting the map wasn't much help as the lady in reception marked the route wrong. Quite a few people were driving round in circles looking for their accommodation.

    Have always gone to chapel st Leonards when kids were young and it was nice to go back not been for a few years so there has been a lot of changes all for the better I would recommend it to anyone plenty for kids to do

    Caravan was near facilities which was helpful because my wife has some difficulty walking.plenty of activity around.Good bus service.Enjoyed the entertainment in the Tropicana club.Was cold in bed on first night because we couldn't find the heater but was warm enough when we did.Nice cafe and pub at side of club.

    Excellent resort with plenty of amusements for the kids,pubs and clubs with entertainment and shops and cafes. A short walk will take you into Chapel St Leonards village with more pubs,a large coop supermarket,Chinese takeaways,fish shops,butchers and a host of other shops. The crowning moment for me was the large village green in the center of the village with benches galore to rest those ageing legs.There is a car park that is reasonably priced in the village. A lovely little village with easy access to the beach and plenty of amenities,well worth a visit!

    The communication with the property owner was very good. They give us all the information needed and if you have any questions they quickly respond. It was in a really nice location, only 9min by car to the beach and amusement parks. The place was quiet, lots of families and the best part they are dog friendly! They have different takes away, a small supermarket, a swimming pool and an amusement arcade (dog friendly as well). We will definitely be back!

    The caravan was lovely and clean in a brilliant spot near the entertainment, swimming pool and close by beach. Skegness is a 15 - 20 minute drive up the road. Tony was a fantastic host and the golden palm resort staff were all brilliant

    The location is great, everything you need in walking distance and most dog friendly. There is a bus service that can take you into Skegness also dog friendly. I would definitely go again, probably not peak season though.
