The host is very enthusiastic and patient. The room is clean and well-equipped. The location is very close to the bus and train stations, about a 3-5 minute walk. In short, it was a very pleasant stay, and I will come again if I have the chance.

It was located in an amazing place. Elegant and peaceful looking. Nothing fancy but everything was great. As a former Mercure staff, I wasn’t very much into booking any of the Mercure brand but I’m glad that I booked it. 😇 I would like to say a big thank you to Tom (F&B) for an amazing service with a lovely smile.     The cottage was ideally located, out in the countryside,...

    The cottage was ideally located, out in the countryside, down beautiful country lanes, yet close to Biggin Hill Airport. It was clean and tidy, with a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom. However, the kitchen was poorly equiped, (two mugs and little cutlery) and the garden was missing a fence panel and gate, to ensure security for visiting dogs. However, this didn't cause huge prblems and I would stay again.
