First-class service and very attentive and well-trained staff. The hotel manager makes careful selections. A nice young man at the reception is particularly friendly and accommodating. his name is Ovidiu. He takes care of all guests' worries and has a calm and positive way of inspiring people, so they'll want to return. I hope the hotel manager passes on this praise to the staff.
