Helen at the front desk was amazing, nothing was ever too difficult. The location is awesome, close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. Beautiful canel walk right outside and the church is a couple min walk up the road. We loved our stay!

Great location. Taxi driver found it difficult to locate but otherwise no problems. Staff very friendly and helpful. Basic buffet breakfast but very clean and plenty of food. My kids were thrilled helping themselves. Rooms were perfect. We had 2 interconnecting rooms for a family of 6. Great location to walk for courtesy bus to Harry Potter Studios. Pizzas are delicious. Staff were very accommodating storing our baggage while awaiting room and we went for a walk into Watford for food.

The hotel was beautifully clean, well organised and efficiently run. The room was very comfortable and quite spacious for a family of four. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant with a huge range of choice. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay.
