I believe Chipping Campden to be overall the best location in the Cotswolds. It has everything you need including pubs, a cocktail bar, restaurants, shops, a small mini-market, and the high street is picturesque and atmospheric. Just a lovely little town with great access to the rest of the Cotswolds. Michael's Medittereanean restaurant was by far our favourite of the trip. We loved the local cheese and prodcue shops, visited the chapel and walked around the village. It is easy to drive or walk around, even with many tourists we managed to find parking in the centre. We stayed for our minimoon so came straight from our wedding the night before. Victoria was very kind and left us some Prosecco to celebrate with! We had a lovely relaxing stay, the hideaway has everything you need, the hot-tub is an added bonus. They also provided a lovely hamper with breakfast goodies in.
