The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the food was excellent. We were lucky in the respect that the room we had, had been decorated the previous week but, we certainly got the impression there would be no problem with the other rooms. Overall, a very pleasant stay and well worth the money.

Location was lovely. Gym is well equipped. Check in staff were really good. Did their best to accommodate my early check in request (I had landed in Manchester after an overnight flight) I didn't use the spa but it looked nice. Bar staff v good and the breakfast was lovely.
