loved the way the staff welcomed you on arrival and it was my mrs birthday and they gave us a plate with chocolates and happy birthday written in chocolate what was a nice touch, the history what comes with the old course knowing who’s played/stayed there was amazing and can’t wait to come back

The complete package is very round, excellent room, wonderful dinner in a Michelin Star Restaurant which really earns this star, very nice and supportive staff. Nicolas and Murray were fantastic and made our dinner very special. Since years finally a Michelin Star restaurant were we both would love to come back.

Manuel and Krystal were excellent host and the whole staff team provided excellent customer service. The light and airy room was comfortable with a brand new bed, on the quiet side of the property. The menu had a very good range with catch of the day/curry of the week/pasta of the week plus Mexican & Spanish touches. The location worked very well with the frequent buses to Dundee and St Andrews . We caught the 99 bus into Dundee which took us direct to V&A and Discovery

This is a very nice place with a beautiful garden. The distance to the town is reasonable also for persons who preffer to walk (in fact partly by the path on grass, but it was OK for me).
