Really great place to stay for 2 days. The owners were super focused and attentive, the breakfast was first class and the room and overall place was exceptionally clean and provided everything we had hoped for. Booking and arrival was super easy and we really enjoyed our stay.

Gem in very small and cozy Fort Augustus. Facilities and the building itself create warm atmosphere and bring you a feeling of Scot’s coorie.     Definitely need own car as very remote.

    Definitely need own car as very remote. Great base if you are into Munro bagging or want to explore Glen Shiel. Cluanie Inn is around 15 minutes drive and lovely bar/restaurant, book ahead in summer months. Stoke up on supplies in nearest town en route

    The whole house was beautifully clean and looked to be...

    The whole house was beautifully clean and looked to be recently upgraded. Robes and sliders provided for the hot tub was a welcome surprise as was the hairdryer . Milk, cheese, eggs and tomatoes were provided on arrival and the kitchen cupboards held lots of extras . Bedrooms were very comfortable and the furniture appeared new . Great TV for the kids ! A lovely conservatory if the weather is cool. The kids particularly liked the upstairs play space and dolls house. All in all a great trip and would return anytime.

    Very quiet, peaceful location.

    Very quiet, peaceful location. Great place to get away from it all and enjoy hiking/cycling/scenery/drives to stunning locations. Be prepared to travel for supplies or take plenty of food with you-there is lots of storage space for food shopping.
