The location of hotel , the staff is very co operative and helpful , always greet you with smile . Good cleaning services. My favourite is the coffee they prepare just love it . This was our first time in UK and we just love our stay here . Would recommend to my friends also

This hotel truly has one of the best locations you could ask for! Just minutes away from the heart of the city, it was incredibly convenient to walk or take a quick ride to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping districts. Public transportation was easily accessible right outside the hotel, which made getting around effortless. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep after a busy day of sightseeing. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, with plenty of cafes, convenience stores, and local spots to explore. Whether I was heading to a business meeting or out for a casual stroll, everything was just steps away. If you’re looking for a centrally located hotel that makes city access simple and stress-free, this is the place to stay. I’d definitely return!

The room was one of the best that we have stayed, which is bigger than we expected. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is operated up to the Holiday Inn standard. It seems this brand does not fail its guests with such price/room. It will certainly be our first choice when we book hotels to stay elsewhere.

    I was pleased that there was WiFi and a classy communal lounge with a electric reclining chair. Good facilities provided and the property is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen has two fridges one with a freezer, cooking utensils and other essentials... The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. The owner was very helpful amiable.     The entrance was appalling, cleaning products left out, bare light fixtures, waste left on the side , not enough pillows and place not ready on our arrival. No tea or coffee facilities and food left in the fridge.
