Welcoming staff. Small room but really clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed including a Nespresso machine and a Roberts radio. Fully equipped bar. Clean and modern bathroom with good shower pressure Excellent breakfast. Restaurant/ pub was full (Thursday evening). Really good food!

From there, it's quick and easy to get to the city centre, also usung the public transport as there is a bus stop just a minute away.     Its position right in the centre of Ditchling and proximity to the South Downs Way walk. Bedroom has good facilities with DAB radio, fan, good shower room, fully stocked minibar and great decoration and furnishing. Friendly staff. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, with good service.

    The Bull is conveniently located on the main road through Ditchling. It is easy to find. The pub has a nice atmosphere and a choice of seating areas. We enjoyed the meal, beautifully cooked fish and a lovely dessert.
