Second time staying at the Green House. Very clean and has everything that you need. Lovely comfortable beds, we had the best nights sleep we have had in awhile! Great garden for our dog that is fenced off so you know that they are safe.

2nd time visiting and still amazing! This place is what hospitality is all about, they have everything covered. Pity the restaurant is closed at this time of year but totally understand why. We had breakfast which was great. We hope to visit this hotel again when it's fully functioning and can try the food there too. Thanks all!

Richard, the owner/operator, is friendly and professional. He has created an authentic and comfortable pub/inn for travellers. We enjoyed dinner in the pub and he made an amazing full breakfast for us in a well appointed dining room. Rich has an admirable work ethic and a commitment to excellent service. Warm greeting from hosts and helped with our bags. Beautiful accommodation in a great location. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of little thoughtful extras. A “heart and soul” place, lovely owners. Thank you for making our honeymoon extra special. Definitely one of our favourites.

    It's very comfortable and toasty warm portable home.

    It's very comfortable and toasty warm portable home. It was 8 of us staying in the mobile home and surprised there are plenty of room for us. Easy and quick drive to Moffat, there are loads cafes and nice pubs. Nice wee loch to walk around on site. There is a pub onsite, didnt serve any food while we staying there. I guess maybe because it was low season.

    Beautiful & clean place for any family visiting Scotland.

    Beautiful & clean place for any family visiting Scotland. The staff are excellent & friendly & always with a smile & ready to help. Essential food & drink are literally 5 minutes away along with restaurants & other shops. Convenient to travel to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Moffat, Dumfries & Galloway. A lovely experience we will never forget. Surely travelling again soon.

    Really liked the area.

    Really liked the area. Lots of walking suitable for all ages including some quite challenging routes. Moffat is a pretty town. Cafe Ariete serves excellent coffee and home baking. Lime Tree restaurant was excellent too.
