Everything about our stay was exactly what we wanted it to be. The room was homey and comfortable with a great view of the Loch. We were literally steps away from the peace and tranquility of the Falls. Louise is so attentive and always has smile. She also provided us with suggested places to visit. Exactly what we were hoping for from a locals perspective. The food, though not included with the room, was reasonably priced and excellent on flavor and portions.

Everything was perfect. Lovely staff, lovely room, very clean - great shower. The breakfast was excellent 👌 No issues parking and it's free of charge. There's a coop and the village just down the road as well, where you can get anything you might need. The village is so pretty.

Impeccably clean with attention to the finest detail. It had everything I needed and more. The owner is incredibly attentive throughout the stay. This accommodation is the perfect stay for anyone visiting Loch Ness. I loved the cats greeting me in the morning and night for their snack. I will surely be back for another visit and recommend this accommodation to anyone in the future!

The location is stunning, the hosts are delightful, and the breakfast is healthy and filling.The proximity to Loch Ness without the crowds is such a huge plus.Bedrooms are large and there are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets to share.The grounds wonderful to explore with Hugh who together with his wife built the house and property from scratch.I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We loved our stay! The rooms were very nice, beds comfortable, and the setting was beautiful. We especially enjoyed our hosts, Elle and Chris, who went our of their way to be friendly and helpful. The dining area overlooking Loch Ness is spectacular, and our breakfasts were first rate.
