Communication prior to our arrival. very accomodating, informing and higg service standards. best part! they invited us for the Chirstmas celebration with keltic dance ... what an experience!! Oliver, the bar-men/ magician is outstanding! His knowledge in comination with his hospitality is unbeatable. The hotel should be very aware of this asset! The place is amazing, like being alone in the countryside although at a walking distance from civilisation. Sauna and cool water pool (natural) are amazing. Our favourite place in our 10 days tour around Scotland.

Mercy, the lady on reception, was so attentive and kind. The breakfast was delicious and huge, and the beds were very comfortable too. There is a beautiful view in the morning from the lounge room too.
