House was in the perfect location right next to Drayton manor where we were traveling the following day. Stayed as two adults and four kids and there was plenty room for everyone my oldest son being 13 loved having a double sofa bed to himself and not having to share with one of his younger siblings like most places we have stayed before. Had a lovely dinner in the dining room the night we arrived and the kids loved having the back garden to explore as well. House immaculate, shower great nice and hot and even had Disney plus for the kids to watch. I wish we stayed longer. Will definitely be back again. ☺️ Thank you so much.

I have been coming the the park since I was a child, and both my kids first theme park. Lots of happy memories. So to stay in the hotel was another thing to add! We shall be back to stay when the park is open 🙂

Great hotel - Christmas decorations beautiful and the smell as you walk in reception is beautiful. Great staff and rooms fantastic. This hotel is really pet friendly - dog bowl and bed provided but most importantly clear rules about what you can and can’t do and all reasonable. Spa fantastic and lovely staff (Marina)

    WORLDS WORST HOTEL!!!

    WORLDS WORST HOTEL!!! The music in the bar downstairs (from the same host) was playing music so loud that the floor was constantly vibrating. The rooms weren't cleaned the shower and bed was full of MOLD The ventilation system was probably neverr cleaned in 30 years The rooms were full of BEDBUGS When we asked for a refund the morning after we were refused and left early because we were so disgusted!

    The beds were very comfy; the food was great, as well as great value for money; the staff were amazing and couldn't be faulted Parking was very limited and awkward to get a space; the bedrooms were very basic - no handwash in the bathroom; at breakfast, they only offered tea or coffee - no hot chocolate or fruit juice

    FILTHY with exceptionally questionable stains. The mattress was about an inch thick and again disgusting stains. The blinds...yup. Stained. The toilet only connected one side. Shower? I wouldn't even shower my dog in it. The carpets were a health hazard. No door handle so very unsafe. The pub was definitely a "locals only" pub. No way would a family be safe there. After 5 minutes we all checked out and drove elsewhere. All of us felt dirty and itchy and needed to stop as soon as we could to wash our hands. I have never felt this dirty from accommodation in my life and I've stayed all over including some really deprived areas but have never seen filth like this. An absolute health hazard and completely unsafe.

    Handy for the town and attractions like Drayton Manor just down the road. A few shops that seem to be frequented by locals. The pub allows you to bring food in purchased from the local facilities. Free tea and coffee all through the day. A very warm welcome with staff happy to help.
