Exactly what we were looking for, an old village pub near Stirling with a few rooms upstairs, a refreshing break from generic “chain” hotels. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and this made for a great experience. Breakfast was freshly made for us each morning, and was delicious. We had dinner there the first night and it was so good we ate there the following nights of our stay as well.

We really tought about this and couldn't find anything negative! We are from Finland so shower usually is a problem at outside of Finland but not here! Heat and pressure of water was just easy get and good for both of us. Thank you so much, we enjoyed a lot!

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Stirling, and it exceeded all my expectations! Housed in a beautifully restored old school, the hotel combines historical charm with modern comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant offered an excellent dining experience, serving delicious meals that showcased local flavors. Additionally, the location is fantastic—just a five-minute walk from the iconic Stirling Castle and right in the heart of the historic town. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Stirling while enjoying a unique and comfortable stay!

I have been there on a business trip near Stirling for a couple of nights. The TollHouse is located a little outside of the city, which makes it really easy to arrive the Highway, without being stuck in the city traffic. The place was nice and clean, with an own parking lot on the premises. I liked the warm welcome of the very friendly hosts. Would go there again.
