The people of staff were really nice and helpful. The position was perfect for a little escape from the messy of big city. I really loved the vodka martini drink prepared by the lovely barwoman.

Stunning rooms, exceptional staff. Warm, friendly and easy going. The meals were awesome. If I had to rade them, they will get 10/10. They were so helpful and understanding. We will be back for sure, this time with our dogs. If anyone wants a perfect hotel, they don't have to look further.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Gilvenbank Hotel in Glenrothes. The hotel is beautifully set in a peaceful, green environment — a perfect place to relax and unwind. The property is well-maintained, welcoming, and full of charm. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. A special thank you to the entire staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. In particular, the manager was truly outstanding — such a kind, attentive, and genuine person who made us feel right at home. Everything was simply perfect, from the warm hospitality to the quality of the services. We highly recommend the Gilvenbank Hotel to anyone visiting the area, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We came here at almost 10 o'clock in the evening on the first day, and the staff here welcomed us warmly. We love the Scottish style architecture and decoration here. It is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the scenery is picturesque. When I had breakfast the next morning, I saw the beautiful rainbow outside the window, and I suddenly felt so moved!

    The house is beautiful in a very peaceful location.

    The house is beautiful in a very peaceful location. Great hot tub and outside space too. Hosts are very kind and whilst they are a avaliable for any requests they are mindful of your privacy. It's a lovely place. Lovely little cafe in the nearest town and Loch Leven Larder a few miles away is also worth a visit. A shortish drive to St. Andrews for a visit there. We will be back for trip 4 ASAP.

    The location is good to get away from towns/cities.

    The location is good to get away from towns/cities. It suited us, as close to family we were visiting. It was very relaxing in the hotel. The only slight issue was the danger of the road crossing from car park, as traffic is deceivingly fast there.

    Peace and quiet was what we wanted and that is EXACTLY what we got. The setting is amazing. If you want all mod cons with people running after you go to a hotel but if you want STUNNING views and tranquility then this is the place to stay. We only stayed 48 hours but left feeling relaxed and recharged.

    This is the CLEANEST hotel ive stayed in in scotland (and ive stayed in quite a few) The staff are absolutely lovely. Especially the woman who checked me in. Would stay here over & over.

    Amazing cozy lodge in Glenfarg. In the middle of the amazing farm and rough nature you will find this pearl! We did love the peace and nature sounds all around us.
