The best property we have stayed in and what’s better it’s at our fav beach, close to lots of other beaches, lush apartment 2 bedrooms, on suite in one double room and shower and toilet in the over double room and a toilet downstairs. Had everything you needed. Great price would defo stay again. Small back yard and a 2 min walk to the beach if that. We go away lot and defo one of the best night sleep we have had. We was currently staying some were else and decided to stay another night and found this place and within in the hour we had the keys.

Gorleston-on-sea is a great location - combining the best bits of a traditional seaside holiday with great places to eat and peace and quiet (apart from the seagulls of course !). Gt Yarmouth is close by if you want arcades and excitement - Gorleston is more about great cafes and live entertainment, with a superb beach acting as background for all the activities.

Earlier this year, Gorleston was named among Europe's top beaches by Tripadvisor and was commended for offering a peaceful spot where visitors can "relax by the sea". The seaside town is perfect for those who enjoy swimming, surfing or fancy a stroll along the promenade. When the tide is out, a vast expanse of sand is revealed making it perfect for building sandcastles or a paddle along the shoreline. During peak season, the lifeguard patrol is present and you can elevate your sunbathing experience by hiring deckchairs and wind breakers. At the end of the beach, nearest the town, there is a small parade of shops with a three-tier viewing platform. It also includes a historic pond for sailing model boats that was built in 1927. If you're visiting with the family, the splash pad may offer more suitable fun for the kids, with fountain sprays, jet streams and buckets of tipping water. For those interested in art and culture, in August 2021, the anonymous artist Banksy left a range of pieces around the UK as part of his 'Great British Spraycation'. Alternatively, the well-known Edwardian seaside theatre with an open-air bandstand can offer equally exciting entertainment. Pavilion Theatre is open all year round and guests can watch plays, musicals and pantomimes. On Gorleston seafront, the elusive artist left a design of an arcade crane inside a shelter that has now been placed behind protective glass to ensure everyone can enjoy the masterpiece.

Great for long walks along an uncrowded beach and a number of good venues to eat - very varied. We utilised the bus service and went to Yarmouth and Norwich and locations in between; finding places ancient and new. We then drove to Wroxham to take a trip along the Broads- very enjoyable.

Beach and playground were perfect for the kids. Great food from Jay Jays Beach Café - they also have a kids menu. There is a nice shop at the beach selling shovels and buckets for a reasonable price. Two minor things: you can’t find shells on the beach, only stones, and there are only very few spots offering shadow - luckily, we brought a beach shelter.

A lovely little seaside town with enough to do if the weather is nice for 3 days. The beach was spotless… remember shoes as pebbly towards the water. Shame that some things only open on a Saturday or kids holidays. We went on. Friday and some of the play parks and funfairs were closed.

The property was decorated lovely and very modern! it is also located in a really good part of Gorleston-on-Sea especially walking to the beach! A Hot tub in the property is an added luxury which did sway us, and tv’s in each room is also great! The size of the bathrooms was really surprising and having baths was lovely too! The sofa pulling out to a sofa bed made lounging around much more comfy ..

Room and bathroom was clean, fresh and very comfortable! Host was lovely too! It was our first time using air BNB (always used hotels for business and pleasure) and this did not disappoint, we will definitely come back here! We also got home made cupcakes left for us which was a lovely touch and bloody delicious (thank you Karolina)! All in all, couldn’t fault at all.

The house was beautiful. All the rooms were lovely. There was lots of room. Loved the hot tub. Great house for a family get together. Great location for the beach. Lovely sea view from some of the bedrooms. Although there is no parking, and the road had no spaces for parking as quite busy in the area, it was good to be told we could park at the hotel if needed.
