Professional yet warm and welcoming, smooth and stress free, everything seemed to be running well:bar, restaurants. It must be a great company to work for because there was lots of happy friendly helpful staff who really went out of their way. I felt safe, I was impressed with the stellar company ethics vis a vis shelter. What a gorgeous building and perfect location I look forward to going there again. Thank you

    I had to travel by public transport at the last minute and...

    I had to travel by public transport at the last minute and it was a nightmare. Rochester has a 191 bus that has 3 different routes, I didn't know beforehand and went around in circles in the wrong direction. Not to mention a bus stop that wasn't clear that it wasn't in service. The town was very quiet, hardly any people around. Great space for walks by the beach. Not much to do if staying for a long period of time.
