Lovely little hotel in quiet Grandtully. We enjoyed the food and stay at this small inn, and walked one afternoon along the river bank to the next town as well as visited (the outside at least - as it was closed until 2 PM) the nearby Menzies Castle.

This was the most personable accomodation that anyone could wish for. I was disappointed that I didn't book in for their 14 course tasting menu for the evening that we stayed there. We had a slightly early departure which they were more than happy to accomodate us with a very delightful & personal breakfast. The decor is delightful as are the owners & their staff.

Fabulous break. Karen was wonderful. The breakfast and location were superb and we had a relaxing break. Rooms were very spacious and we loved the ambience that surrounded The Acarsaid. Views to die for and near shops,restaurants and the Dam. Will be returning without doubt. A special thanks to Karen fantastic host and great fun.

    The excellent kitchen prepared really top notch food, whilst the drinks included a good range of craft beers, a broad selection of whiskies and an extensive wine list, all served up in well-designed spaces by nice folk. With a bit of a hipster feel, this hotel is quite unique in rural Central Scotland, and is highly recommended.
