We were met at the door by a lovely smiley lady called Ann. She could not have done more for us and made us feel at home immediately. She gave us a ‘tips & places to visit’ by George (the previous owner). This boutique hotel has it all. Lovely staff. Exceptionally clean. Great views of the sea from bar and seating area. It’s a real home from home. Bedroom was lovely. The breakfast was amazing. Again, cheerful staff, food excellent. I could recommend this hotel without a shadow of doubt. Thank you Tracey for listening to us at the bar. It was our pleasure to meet you all and stay at this wonderful hotel.

The ambiance of the hotel is fantastic! It's a boutique hotel, stylish, colourful, and pleasant to stay at for any reason: in the room, in the bar, restaurant, spa, lobby, and, of course, a lovely terrace with a picturesque ocean view. Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, ocean view. The sandy Porthminster Beach is just a 5-minute walk. Breakfast includes everything you need; you can also order eggs in addition to the buffet. I had a fantastic time at the spa, which features a pool, two saunas, and a jacuzzi. I also had a great massage. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the town center, offering a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. They have a car park, which is good regarding the lack of parking spaces in town.

Staff were exceptional with the two ladies at reception just amazing. I arrived with a little bit of an issue (nothing to do with hotel) and they were just so empathetic and lovely. Food was amazing, prices a little higher than the norm, but the food was so worth it. All the staff, no matter how young, were just class acts! The only issue I had was that we were only here for one night. Can’t recommend this place too highly.

The staff were hospitable and kind. The view was superb from every window of the hotel. It was worth the splurge. Breakfast was excellent -- cooked breakfast and a buffet -- and complemented by the wonderful scenery outside. St Ives rocks.

I had the most wonderful experience at Treloyhan Manor! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the breath taking views and the peaceful, elegant charm of the building. The manor itself is full of character, with beautiful period features and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always happy to offer local recommendations or just have a pleasant chat. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated – I especially loved waking up to the sea views through the large windows. The surrounding gardens and the short walk down to the beach made it the perfect base to explore St Ives and enjoy some tranquillity away from the busier town centre. Overall, Treloyhan Manor exceeded my expectations. It's a hidden gem that combines history, comfort, and outstanding service in a truly stunning location. I wouldn’t hesitate to return – highly recommended!
