Lovely clean room. Very friendly staff that did everything they could to make our stay pleasurable. Food was amazing. Dog friendly. Great little place to stay for a mini break. Great place to stay if you are visiting Llangollen.

I think 10 points is not enough to describe this place, everything starts with the stylish rooms and the coziest bed. You can have cocktails or tea in lounge. Wow! This little b&b far exceeded our expectations. We were greeted upon arrival and shown to a lovely comfortable and very clean room. The gentleman was kind and polite and gave us great advice about where to eat. My daughter and I were tired from our Snowdon hike and were relieved that we had booked such a lovely room with soft and comfortable beds. We loved reading all about the history of the coachhouse in the ledger! The breakfast in the morning was very nice and we were even given a breakfast doggy bag to see us right for our journey back to London. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this b&b.

Catherine, the owner was so welcoming and even got her daughter to set up my new speaker on my phone when I was having difficulties. The room I stayed in was warm and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. There was a lounge for guest use with a log burning fire where I could sit and read. The breakfast was delicious.

Farmer/owner was a really friendly guy, greeted us on arrival and said we could message if any issues arise, no issues whatsoever perfect accommodation and the lodge was very warm which was good with the weather, hot tub was perfect and great price. Would definitely recommend!

The property was absolutely amazing. It was done tastefully and maintained very well. It was spotlessly clean all throughout the property. There were some games and books which the kids enjoyed. Wish we had brought some books as they had a book exchange policy and my mother started on a book but had to leave it behind because we didn't have anything to exchange 😄 There is a small garden with a bench where you can enjoy a cup of tea or have a meal if you wish, as the garden is also very well maintained. The beds and pillows were very comfy. I would go back just for that 😁. They had also left some Welsh cakes and we thought it was a very nice touch. We visited, Colwyn bay beach, Zip world at Betws-y-Coed and the Pontcysyllte aqueduct from there easily. They also had some other lovely suggestions for visiting in their guidebook. Maybe next time we stay there we can do those, cos we will definitely be booking with them again 🙂

Stayed here last night. Perfect if you're looking for somewhere quiet to stay. Really nice and clean inside and out. Had everything you could need. I would recommend this place and would book again.
