Love this place. Instructions given on how to get in after booking. It had everything i needed. Cosy single room and the facilities were spot on. Shared Kitchen and bathrooms but not an issue. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Our stay was amazing! Accommodation is in a great secluded area of Frodsham which made us feel like we were miles away from home. You can clearly tell every little detail has been thought of by Lady Heyes. From the cover over the top of our Hot Tub, to the comfortable spacious sofa perfect for relaxing in the night time. Nothing was too much for the staff in reception and they made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning!

The fresh, clean and stylish family room, they were very large double connected rooms. From the moment we entered we were greeted with big smiles and a fabulous welcome from Lynne and Iwona . You are a great asset and just what Hotel Reception/front of house should be. We were let down by our previous booking at the eleventh hour and thankfully we came across Super 8 . Thank you for making our stay it was a shame we couldn't stay longer. Good luck Iwona on the opening of Super 8 in County Durham and if we are ever back in the UK and Durham we will definitely book with you. .

    Hale is a pleasant village offering history, amenities and nature. Good location for visiting the area of merseyside etc. Could happily enjoyed the area for a longer period, only deciding to leave early due to the my accomodation at the Goldmine rooms.

    We stayed over on the way back from the Lake District so we could spend a day at Chester zoo. We did go to a local Morrisons for breakfast before going the Zoo and we was also able to get food delivered to the bed and breakfast via just eat.

    Beautiful Village with thatched cottages with a folk story...

    Beautiful Village with thatched cottages with a folk story of a giant having lived there, he is buried in the local church yard, well worth a visit. The local pub does affordable and delicious food. Excellent bus service that takes you to the Albert docks and all the attractions including the Beatles experience and Ferry's.

    A lovely village, very friendly local people, with everything going off. Amenities available, shops, pub, park, village hall plus loads more. Very central to a major city, with the remoteness of a village and central access to the fantastic Wirral Peninsula.

    The location was really good - not far from where I work and also close to Hale village (about 10 min walk) where there was a good pub to eat at. The room had everything I needed and importantly everything worked. I liked the fact the TV was setup for Netflix although I had to use my own log on. The owner was very helpful when I arrived and i got a nice welcome from her two dogs in the yard.

    The semi rural location was excellent. Self catering was much more relaxing than a bigger hotel. Nice walks possible along the banks of the Mersey from the property. Hale Village is picturesque and historically interesting. Friendly welcome and everything was clean and fresh.
