I’ve been here a number of times and it never disappoints. The staff are excellent, attentive and super friendly. It really is a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere.

We were met by Keiran who made us feel very welcome. Our room was ready for check-in @3pm on arrival and was clean and tidy. We ate in the restaurant on 3 separate evenings (including NY Eve), the staff were excellent (many thanks to Gemma & Tom for looking after us) and the food was top notch with good portions and even a few cocktails, which in my opinion were very reasonably priced.

I stayed in a smaller room in a different part of the hotel than I had previously, but except for the walls seeming a bit thin when my neighbors were "busy," it was every bit as luxurious and clean. Especially the bed...the duvet and pillows were perfect. And, of course, it's never a terrible thing to have room service from the Fat Badger. :)

The hotel was lovely, reception staff very welcoming and helpful, our room was basic but had everything we required it was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect with amenities all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely visit again.
