The cottage felt like a home from home. Very cosy feeling. Loved the log burner. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Comfortable beds and bedding. A very handy and thoughtful welcome hamper on arrival.

The Coach House had charm, the staff were helpful and friendly and the location in the Yorkshire Dales was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the pub downstairs was great. The pub downstairs was great as well and we had a beautiful roast dinner which was so big we wished we could have shared. The parking and access to the room was at the back which was convenient. Overall it was a great place to Stay.

The zedshed is absolutely perfect, beautiful surroundings & peaceful. Everything we needed was provided. Josh is lovely as are the chickens, cows and the cat. We stayed over as we were walking. Bentham is only a 10 min drive from clapham so very easy to get to & from. Bentham itself is a lovely village, with nice pubs, a local supermarket and a fantastic little cafe for a full English.. cannot recommend this place enough, we will certainly be going back

    It was a place to stay not a place to visit! Its location was good. It has a railway station for those who could not drive there but you really need a car to get out of the village to visit more scenic areas.

    The pod was perfect warm comfortable clean and in a perfect setting and our host was very welcoming - the location is tranquil with ample space to kick back and relax with every need catered for - perfect for walking hiking or just enjoying the area. The pod had every modern amenity and allows you to cater for yourself if you wish - thank you for a perfect break

    The village was lovely, friendly and artistic.

    The village was lovely, friendly and artistic. I could have stayed much longer to explore the beautiful countryside surrounding the quaint shops and cafes. Inhighly recommened the 3 bed cottage on Clapham Road Lane House Farm (Cosy 3 Bed Cotrage new 3 peaks Log Burner and Aga) It was a fantastic area to stay. We ate at the Coach Horse and that was good food and reasonably priced after the host recommend. Everyone in all the shops were friendly and lovely too.

    Great little village with all you need.

    Great little village with all you need. Visit the Hogs and Heifers bar, great people and music. High Bentham is a great place to base from to explore a vast number of well known towns and villages, walks and natural wonders. Recommend a visit to the White Scar Caves.

    High Bentham is a good spot to visit lots of lovely places...

    High Bentham is a good spot to visit lots of lovely places nearby. It is a cute village with quite good amenities. The pubs are sports pubs so not attractive to us. There are nicer ones if you drive out. Ribblehead viaduct is fabulous, as is Ingleborough hill, seen from almost everywhere locally. Kirby Lonsdale, Clapham & Settle are lovely too.
