The charming little farm with an amazing view has a wonderful outside whirlpool with magic lights. We loved the wide choice of breakfat which Kelly brings on a tray right to your room - which you also could have outside in the big gardens. After having spent a great day in the surroundings we were able to have cake and tea/coffee from Kelly's"Tea Bus - just simply lovely. Our host Kelly is a very warm-hearted person with a great personality. From the very beginning we just felt very welcome, laughted a lot together and partet as friends. We will definitly hear and see more of each other and recommend this wonderful piece of land.

The location is magical. The hotel staff were super kind and caring. I arrived with injured leg and the manager at the reception let me in ( although the hotel was supposed to be open only later), gave me my room earlier and made sure someone will bring the luggage to the room. And in general was a ray of sunshine in a really bed day. The breakfast is freshly cooked by order and has vegan options. I strongly recommend that place.

What a place to rest and recouperate from the West Highland Way. Right from the start, where we were picked up to save us walking up the steep hill, we were treated to probably our best evening of the whole walk. The food in the evening was amazing, worthy of a high standard restaurant, and this continued to breakfast and our packed lunch the following day. Would definitely plan a WHW itinerary around stopping here. Great service from all and would love to visit again.

    Location was amazing!

Location was amazing! Caravans were very comfortable & of a high standard. Activities were mainly water based - Kayaking & paddle boards . Visit to Loch Lomond shores was very enjoyable. Bike trails disappointing. They led to steps and a narrow main road which were not suitable or safe for small children. Very isolated so visit a supermarket before arrival. Shop on site is good but expensive. Overall an enjoyable stay with our extended family.

Beautiful location next to Loch Lomond with private beach for water sports . Equipment could be hired on the property very easily . Accommodation was well equipped with great storage for clothes and waking boots . Safe environment for children. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Other parts , villages on the loch very accessible to visit including boat trips . Highly recommend this property for a comfortable get away from it all for a few days .

All the hosts were so friendly, they really added to our enjoyment of this amazing place, and it really is amazing. Photos simply don't do it justice. Walking through the forests you embrace the beautiful country that Scotland is. Bring a little deet, that's my tip. The trees are majestic towering above you, it fills you with a sense of awe and calm. The bunkhouse itself also offers kayaking which we took up and loved loved loved. Seeing Loch Lomond from a different perspective is great and it really is jaw dropping how large it is. I want to thank Ross (his enthusiasm is contagious) Mark, Sean, can't remember everyone's names sorry, the lovely people in the restaurant (which might I just add, the venison stew and sticky toffee pudding were to die for) their guidance and help were invaluable, and they were so nice to be around. I really recommend this place, it's a real joy, and I feel so much healthier for being here, lol

The perfect place for a short getaway.

The perfect place for a short getaway. Lovely, cosy accommodation nestled in a beautiful part of the country. Kelly comes across as a relaxed, but very attentive and accommodating host; despite running a working farm in addition to her guest rooms. Our kids loved their stay; the hot tub in particular. Kelly was also incredibly kind and took the girls with her to feed the highland cows! I have no criticisms whatever about our experience, but while we enjoyed the slow-cooker dinner, you should look into nearby places to eat if you’re looking for a 3 course meal. There was no cooker in our room, but there’s a cabin on-site with a microwave and some other facilities that we didn’t make use of, (we pre-ordered the dinner and breakfast). We had a lovely time and look forward to visiting again.

Very comfy room, can feel the age of the previous uses, loads of history. Room was very quiet, facilites are great. Super clean. Hot tub was great, outside seating is available, firepit needs some TLC but does the job. All in a fantastic wee place. Also managed to see the Milkyway due to the lack of light pollution and clear sky. Truely magical.

It's a pretty location. On a more practical point, it's only a mile from the West Highland Way, handy for walkers when other places (like the big Inversnaid hotel) are closed. Inversnaid might be a long way from the nearest shops, but they have a little shed which functions as an honesty box for snacks & drinks.

Perfect location for a stop on the West Highland Way, the beds are really comfortable and the showers are amazing. Breakfast is also unreal, fab value for money! Pete drove down the hill to pick us up from the hotel which was an absolute lifesaver after a long day of walking
