Amazing location so close to all the museums. Staff were absolutely exceptional, they were all so friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday trip away special. Afternoon tea was great, highly recommended booking in. We're looking forward to returning at some point next year!

We stayed 3 Nights at the Coach&Horses Hotel. Our time there was unbelievable! It was our first time traveling to the Great Britain and we had such a nice time. The rooms are perfectly tidy and the interior is so sweet. We’ve met Alicia at the Check-In and she’s such a nice person. She made our stay unforgettable with her lovely character. The breakfast was also marvelous! If you like Pancakes you have to order them! They’re fluffy, sweet and freshly made every morning. Because of the traffic in London we drove a hour to the city but thanks to Uber this was a comfortable drive. A train station is nearby if you want to travel with the train or underground. The hotel staff has for every occasion tips for a perfect and stress free stay. We want to visit the hotel definitely again on our next holiday, it was the best stay we’ve ever had in a Hotel.

The best part was waking up in a cozy room, surrounded with a very nice staff and having breakfast in the pub living in its mood full of history and enjoying a really yummy and complete breakfast. The undergound is near the building and that's great in case you're tired of a long day around the city. Because it is 20minutes far from the city centre if you take the underground, but it is the central line so it is very well communicated.

It was the perfect way to start each day of my visit. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with easy access to all of London’s top attractions, yet it feels like a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Every aspect of my stay was fantastic, from the luxurious rooms to the impeccable service. I can confidently say that I will be returning to The Milestone Hotel in the future. It was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in London.
