Amazing location so close to all the museums. Staff were absolutely exceptional, they were all so friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday trip away special. Afternoon tea was great, highly recommended booking in. We're looking forward to returning at some point next year!

Everything was great! Staff were very polite and helpful. It was very quiet throughout the night , which is quite rare for hotels. Breakfast was also very good. Special thanks to the petite girl with brown hair from reception, she solved all our issues very swiftly and was very nice.

We stayed 3 Nights at the Coach&Horses Hotel. Our time there was unbelievable! It was our first time traveling to the Great Britain and we had such a nice time. The rooms are perfectly tidy and the interior is so sweet. We’ve met Alicia at the Check-In and she’s such a nice person. She made our stay unforgettable with her lovely character. The breakfast was also marvelous! If you like Pancakes you have to order them! They’re fluffy, sweet and freshly made every morning. Because of the traffic in London we drove a hour to the city but thanks to Uber this was a comfortable drive. A train station is nearby if you want to travel with the train or underground. The hotel staff has for every occasion tips for a perfect and stress free stay. We want to visit the hotel definitely again on our next holiday, it was the best stay we’ve ever had in a Hotel.

I loved the stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, the communication was no problem. The room was very nice and clean, just the right fit for our needs. We also appreciated the way of breakfast bufet with the option of having a warm meal prepared alongside the cold bufet around. I would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms were clean, and appliances were more than we needed for our visit but would be excellent for a longer stay. The bus service to other areas ran past the front door and made visits to other areas very accessible. We ate at Maids despite the early closing for meals. Other eating areas were close by, but mobility issues restricted us. I found the steep stairs and low balustrade confronting.

Great location, lovely clean tree lined suburb.Kew gardens definitely worth a visit- pre book for cheaper tickets but bewareBLUE LIGHT CARDS not accepted for free visit sadly inspite of Blue light saying it does. Lots of cafes and places to eat-individual shops, London prices…£3.50 for cup of tea- pricey for us northerners! Great area to explore- one stop on tube to Richmond- riverside cafe and pubs and walks- refreshing and spectacular river views.

Kew is a lovely place to stay we prefer it to staying in the City. The district line is easy to use and gets you into the City if required. Kew has plenty of restaurant and pub options too. Q Verde is a fantastic Italian restaurant.

the room was shabby, lots to the fronts of the draws had fallen off. The bathroom door didn't shut properly, the shower doors didn't shut and the shower fell of the wall if you tried to move the position. The room smelt of cigarette smoke. it was a good location for Kew Gardens and Richmond Village. There were easy places to park. The beds were comfortable, and we slept fine

Lovely village feel, with cafes, interesting shops and lots of trees. Kew Gardens is a must, but we also walked to Kew Pier and took a boat trip to Richmond - a lovely half hour on the River Thames. Kew Gardens Station is on the District line of the London Underground, and it was easy to get to South Kensington for the Proms at the Albert Hall from here. Bus 110 is also worth knowing - especially if the District Line has bad delays! You can get from Hammersmith or Richmond (and beyond) back to Kew on it.

Kew Gardens were amazing, spent a whole day there. Didn't have time, but Richmond looked cool & biking skin the Thames... next time. I could've spent at least 3 nights there and not be bored. Also nice quiet town, good place to get over jet lag.
