Very friendly and welcoming staff. The lady who welcomed us was knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and took time to show us views from the windows. Quiet but convenient location. Beautiful older building,, not spoilt.

Everything. We stayed first in a beautiful room, clean, great facilities, comfy bed. Upgrade to a lodge meant luxury. Beautiful decor and fantastic self-catering facilities. Breakfast plentiful and great choice although my Dutch husband wanted cheese🤣. Employee of the month to Stephanie who did a lot of jobs and all of them with politeness, knowledge, curtesy and warm friendliness.

Staff were great, especially the helpful lady at the front desk when we checked in and another guest facing staff that we met in our section of the hotel (near the jacuzzi). They helped us a lot about the rooms and especially helpful to find a suitable room so we would not have to climb up the stairs with heavy cases. Hotel seemed well maintained and nice decor. Breakfast was good too.
