Check in was smooth and easy, front desk receptionist was very helpful. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. The location to the airport is perfect.

Location was amazing, close to the Port of Immingham, but really in the country side. The hotel is a hidden gem. The food is excellent and locals also come here to have dinner and drinks. Perfect for work but also enjoying the real English hospitality.

Difficult to evaluate as the place was newly refurbished to a high standard and spotless. Ideal location for our 6 nights with good parking on site at no extra cost. There was a downstairs guest living and dining area, games and gym room. That said, as referred to later, it also had it's problems

Very kindly allowed me to arrive after 10pm, without issue. Very friendly greeting. Room was spacious and had everything needed. Very clean and recently refurbished.

    A nice place to stay for people traveling to the Netherland.

    A nice place to stay for people traveling to the Netherland. There are regular flights operated by KLM. There is no public transport....or maybe it is very, very rare. Places to eat: Hampton by Hilton is right there, and it is by default where to eat. If you have a car, you can drive to Briggs (about 7 miles away) for more choices.
