This hotel is a historic building & its architecture has been preserved with all its period features & history its stunning. The rooms are bigger than average & modern with amazing water pressure in the shower. Quite undisturbed sleep beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

This property is something else, so beautiful. Our room was a generous size and our bathroom was huge and modern. The grounds of this property are so lovely to walk around, including a historic church next door. The staff were super lovely and kind to us. Such a pleasure to stay here and we can highly recommend this property. Great value for money.

We were made guests of the day which was a lovely treat, we had some drinks and sweets in the room, a complimentary drink in the bar in the evening and complimentary breakfasts the next morning. Our reception staff ,Tempany and Robin, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and warm and the breakfast buffet was well-stocked and provided a great choice of food. The location was perfect because we arrived by train.

The concierge service was exceptional, securing last-minute restaurant reservations, Vicky and her colleagues were particularly helpful. 4. Housekeeping Housekeeping delivered spotless rooms and thorough daily cleaning without disrupting my schedule. 5. Customer Help Desk The help desk quickly resolved a billing issue and offered detailed city navigation tips. Accessibility via phone, email, and the hotel’s app, with follow-up checks, ensured satisfaction. 6.
