The location is very central, yet we found it to be very quiet! The room was spacious, bright and spotless clean! The complimentary breakfast was exactly what we needed to start our day (although the coffee machine was not working on the second day, which was a shame). The staff were very friendly and answering all our questions about transportation and restaurant recommendations. We will definitely visit again!!

very friendly staff, lovely location, easy access to local train and bus services, very close to other amenities and travel into Liverpool only cost £4 return, bed and towels were lush, hot water when showering, very nice complimentary toiletries and very welcome biscuits on tea tray, breakfast was really lovely and quite extensive menu for breakfast and dinner, overall definitely stay again thank you all

Excellent hotel, perfectly placed for visiting Liverpool and exploring the sights. It is opposite the Philharmonic Hall, if you are at a concert and it is a late finish, this hotel is ideal for you. Beds are very comfortable, choice of pillows, lovely bathroom products in individual bottles, and good quality Breakfast is continental, £10, plenty of fresh fruit, cereal yogurts, fresh pastries and unlimited tea or coffee.. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Lime Street station. The hop on hop off bus stops outside. The staff are very helpful. Definitely a place to stay.

    We could kick ourselves for waiting so long to visit Liverpool! Everything about it was fantastic = the warmth of the welcome and the helpful, lovely people. All the tours we did were truly excellent, namely the Magical Mystery Tour, The Beatles Story and the Mersey Cruise. We felt that tributes to famous ex-residents were all tastefully done. There is such a choice of good eating places and bars. And we were amazed by the gorgeous parks and elegant Georgian areas. Very cross we did not allow longer than two nights so now will happily return to cover off all the places we didn't manage to visit. Stayed at the Titanic which we loved and used Uber. Interesting that everyone we told about our visit ALL agreed that they really liked Liverpool.

    Liverpool, I always say is my, 'happy place'.

    Liverpool, I always say is my, 'happy place'. Eventually one day I will make it my home but for now I make do with going to visit whenever I can. I just love everything about the city, and its so easy to drive around. Plenty to see and do and plenty of restaurants about.

    I chose Liverpool expecting a city of history and culture and was not disappointed. However some of the museums and galleries were closed during our visit. Even so there was lots to see and do such as the History of Liverpool Museum, a trip on the Mersey Ferry and a look around the two impressive Catherdrals. I also enjoyed the shopping areas, piano-playing buskers, coffee shops and walking around the dock areas. A highlight, slightly out of the city, were the Anthony Gormley statues on Crosby Beach.

    We loved the anount of choice we had, we done the stadium in afield cost 10pound to get there in a taxi went on a tour bus that cost 35 pound for a family ticket spent a lot of our time in the shopping area where we found gravity max a massive arcade with karts AR darts Vr games the lot

    we did everything, ferry across the mersey , cavern club, splash tour bus, magical mystery tour. shops. went on the liverbirds building tour. watched Everton play in hill Dickinson. Liverpool is amazing. Liverpool one has all the shops you need. pubs restaurants.

    The hotel was great value for money, the staff were lovely, very professional. The breakfast was a decent selection and very tasty, location is close to everywhere needed or a cheap taxi ride if not into walking far. 20 minutes walk from city centre, 10 minute walk from the docks. Plenty of shops around and restaurants to choose from.
