Perfect location and a lovely, beautifully furnished caravan. It was very cleaned and there were no problems with heating and hot water. We had never stayed in a caravan before and really like it. It was easy to communicate with our hosts Katherine and Ray.. We stayed with our 2 dogs and they had a good time there as well. Close to Snowdon Mount Railway and Caernarfon. Although we experienced high winds during the Storm Babet and our Snowdon train was cancelled the property wasn't affected. We liked the peacocks in the farm. We enjoyed Llanberis Lake Railway with beautiful views of Snowdon Mount.and Lake Padarn. The returned trip lasts an hour and starts from Llanberis Lake Railway Station which is opposite the Snowdon Mount Railway Station and dogs are welcomed on it.

We were warmly welcomed by Janet who was very kind and attentive. She showed us everything in the property and advised an easy and fast way to see the beautiful scenery. Our room was lovely, clean and warm. There was a kettle, mugs and glasses, tea and coffee in the room to enjoy the morning. Nice kitchen in the property to cook something for the family. Really convenient!

What a wonderful place to stay!!! A warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Fabulous location, excellent team of people, delicious food, the rooms were excellent with amazing views of the water, comfortably warm on a very very cold day. From the minute we walked into the hotel we were welcomed by a very nice lady who took us up to our room. The room was up there in being one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Was so comfortable. The rest of the hotel was very well appointed and inviting. Breakfast was plentiful and extremely tasty. Will definitely go back again and recommend to family and friends

    Small village but two small supermarkets ,an excellent Butcher/Deli and a fish and chip shop which we didin't use. People in the village very nice and location is superb for visits to Anglesy and close enough to Caernarvon.
