The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to fulfil any of our requests and to ensure all our needs were met. Our room was one of the smaller ones as per booking but I was impressed by the unique design which allowed for maximum use of space in the room. The hotel provides a comfortable stay in an ideal location, close to attractions, transport routes, and only a short walk into town.

The Harbour hotel was a delight to stay in. Comfortable beds, lovely decor in the room, we stayed in a superior twin room. The bathroom was spacious and the spa was really lovely. The outside hot tubs we particularly enjoyed in the early morning sunshine! The staff were fantastic, Milena at reception was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Richmond!

An amazing property that resembles an old world class, home away from home, decor. Perfectly and conveniently located (especially for nearby Kingston University). Take a short bus ride or walk into town. Best location ever! All the staff were so warm and welcoming but hands down, Karen was exceptionally lovely. She took the time to tell me about buses, nearby facilities, etc. A true gem!
