Everything was perfect, the location is amazing, extremely refreshing. The home was just refurbished and it was excellent, incredibly clean! Nothing to complain about whatsoever. Exactly what I was looking for!

We were made to feel welcome right from the off. Our room was beautiful, the whole building has a fantastic character with nooks and crannies and interesting decor - you can feel the love that has been ploughed into the place. The breakfast was impeccable, choice of cereals, pastries etc and a spot on full English.

I loved the house, it's so beautiful! And the room was huge and equally pretty. The hosts are nice and welcoming, they really managed to make this B&B feel homely. The breakfast was great, you can pick and choose in between a variety of options. The bed was very comfortable

Staff were lovely and sooo helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was great; spacious, quiet, big shower and a comfortable bed. Nicely decorated, and has everything you'd need for an extended stay.

Lovely static home, host greeted us and even had, bread, milk, jam and eggs left for us which was great. Towels and toiletries were also available and the place was obviously very new and well kept. Excellent views, quiet coutry setting, my family had a great stay here.

We loved the place its an excellent location and size for a family of 4 to 6 Extremely clean and great shower. Beds are very comfortable and the sitting room is excellent. O couldn't rate this house higher. Excellent value for money

    What a lovely friendly town. Like going back in town. A small boy on a bike hollered hello, as did most locals. People in Long Sutton will chat all day if you pause and look interested in a chat. What an amazing timbered spire too, the tallest in Britain.
