The hotel is comfortable and homey. The location is a 10 minute drive outside of town, but a lovely quiet area. The view was spectacular. Our room was a good size, nice decor, very comfortable bed. The bathroom was roomy, clean and had a luxurious feel. The dining room, where we had breakfast, was spacious and nicely decorated. The food choices were varied and everything was delicious.

Perfect location with ocean view near the beautiful sand beach. Nice reception staff gave us the beach towels when we arrived. The best hotel if you want to be close to beach and not far from the city center. Hope we will come back 🌅

There was not very much we did not like about our stay, we asked to change rooms due to noise and without hesitation, we were upgraded and had a balcony sea view. The breakfasts were fresh and more than adequate. We had guests from outside the hotel join us for breakfast and they were well received. Our visits to the spa were timed to be at the quieter parts of the day and we always left feeling refreshed and energised.

We would highly recommend a stay in the Greenbank Hotel. Fabulous location and beautiful views. The staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. Food was amazing especially the breakfast with a view. We loved all of the history in the hotel, the information signs on the doors and memorabilia throughout, it's a nice nod to the past. We enjoyed playing Falmouth monopoly, a very chilled weekend😊

Breakfast was absolutely superb, great choice of buffet and cooked to order dishes. The piece de resistance gor us all though, was the cream tea we had on arrival, which was absolutely fantastic....Best ever! And that's a lot, having had tea at Gleneagles Hotel, tge Ritz, Savoy etc
